Mid Pre-Trip Tasks

This phase begins as team selection is finalized and ends at about the time of the first team meeting. This period of trip preparation can be very satisfying for the leader and for team members as they join the team. By this time the trip as a whole is beginning to take shape. As the team selection process is completed, one sees God's hand clearly present as He has "nudged" just the right people to form a great team.

Travel dates and the trip objectives should have been finalized and you should now be addressing some of the nuts and bolts of the trip - the day-to-day activities, the team meetings and training needs, and other details that will allow the team to accomplish its goals.
