Leading a STM Medical Team

Late Pre-Trip Tasks

Logistics, Part III

Young Liberian girl
In these final weeks leading up to the trip, all the logistics related to the trip should be in place. A final itinerary should be agreed to by the national host, the medical and nursing directors, and you, and all arrangements for transportation, translators, and security guards should have been completed.

If you have not already done so, please review the information contained on Logistics, Part I and Logistics, Part II.
