Calendar, Part II

During this phase of planning, prior to the team meetings, the calendar of ministry activities should be more or less set. See the previous page, Calendar, Part I, for additional information and Part I of the discussion of the development of the ministry Calendar.

Discussion with your medical and nursing directors will help frame the schedule of activities centered on the actual medical work itself. The national host will be your main source of help and assistance with developing the schedule for the other activities such as transportation, housing, meals, free time activities, etc. Phone calls or Skype can be a great aid in cutting down on on the back and forth emails to bring about good decisions.
